One hour to Florence by car, 3 hours to Rome by car.  San Gimignano, Pisa, Cortona, Montepulciano, Siena, Val di Chiana, Pienza, Lucignano and Lucca are all just a short drive (between 30-90 minutes) from Castello Val di Colle.
